As the VP of Products, Innovation & Solutions at FissionTech, Ben excels in all aspects of Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS), and the automation of infrastructure and application services.

With a robust career spanning over 20 years, Marilyn is regarded as a distinguished leader in Global Client Delivery and Account Management. An expert in helping SMBs scale up and identify new business opportunities, with a proven track record as both a successful individual contributor and a dynamic sales team leader.

Marilyn holds an MBA in Operations Management and a BS in Project Management, which have provided a strong foundation for my career.

Marilyn career experience includes serving as a Business Development Leader, Strategic Alliance Partner, and Operations Director in start-ups, SMBs, and Fortune 500 consulting, IT, financial services, and law firms. She has significant experience in global business development, customer success, and selling IT products, services, and solutions at top IT/Fintech firms such as VMware, NTT Data, Dell, Ernst & Young, and KPMG. Marilyn strategic insights and leadership have driven business growth and revenue across various sectors. Her ability to develop and implement strategic plans has ensured customer success and driven business growth.

As a Certified DEI Professional, her expertise extends to creating brand awareness for SMBs, MBE, WBE, and DVBE companies, and identifying and closing new opportunities with corporate buyers dedicated to diverse spending. Having extensive experience participating in the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC), leveraging the network to build new relationships and secure opportunities.

As a Global Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Manager, Marilyn brings extensive experience managing client P&L, service delivery excellence, vendor management, and end-to-end resource management across onsite, nearshore, and offshore locations. She excels in driving team success through coaching, mentoring, and training.

In Pre-Sales and Procurement, Marilyn manages the end-to-end procurement process, including identifying, responding to, managing, owning, and running large bid processes (RFI, RFP, and RFQ) for enterprise, SLED, and public sector clients. Having developed multi-year roadmaps for strategic sourcing, procurement, and third-party risk management solutions. Being adept at identifying and resolving complex problems related to contract language, procedures, and practices, and excel in composing, analyzing, and negotiating contracts to achieve acceptable levels of risk.

Her strategic alliance and vendor management skills, combined with extensive experience and dedication to excellence, make her an invaluable asset to any organization.

Scott Joachim is  a distinguished IT professional with over 15 years of experience,  specializing in Cloud Computing Architecture, Enterprise Architecture,  Emerging Solutions, Platform Architecture, AI/ML, and Tech Policy. His  extensive knowledge and innovative approach have made him a leader in  the technology industry.

Currently,  Scott serves as the Chief Enterprise Architect at FissionTech, where he  drives the company's technology strategy and ensures the seamless  integration of cutting-edge technologies. His expertise in cloud  computing and platform architecture has been pivotal in transforming the  company's IT infrastructure, enhancing scalability, and optimizing  performance.

Scott's  proficiency in AI/ML and emerging solutions has enabled the development  of advanced, data-driven applications that improve decision-making and  operational efficiency. Additionally, his deep understanding of tech  policy ensures that the company remains compliant with industry  regulations and standards.

Scott  holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of  California, Berkeley, and several professional certifications, including  CISSP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, and Cisco Certified Network  Professional (CCNP).  He also earned a Postgraduate Degree in Artificial  Intelligence & Machine Learning: Business Application from the  Texas McCombs School of Business, where he built expertise in AI/ML  tools and technologies, developed skills in building Machine Learning  and Deep Learning models, and gained insights into AI applications in  areas such as Computer Vision and NLP.

In  addition to his technical education, Scott holds a Bachelor of Science  in Communications and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and English from  the University of Texas at Austin. He is committed to continuous  learning and stays abreast of the latest trends and advancements in the  IT field.

Known  for his leadership and mentoring abilities, Scott enjoys sharing his  knowledge with aspiring IT professionals and has been a keynote speaker  at various industry conferences. Outside of work, he is an avid hiker  and enjoys exploring the great outdoors.

A Versatile Leader with Global Expertise with 18 years of hands-on experience spanning the Global Telecom Industry, VMware, SaaS, SRE, DevOps, and Cloud Implementation, I specialize in 4G/5G Core Cloud, 5G O-RAN Cloud, BSS, and OSS solutions. My expertise includes driving Customer Success, building innovative and cost-effective solutions, enabling seamless integration and migration automation, and leveraging AI for operational excellence.

As a leader, I am passionate about scaling high-performing teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and empowering organizations to achieve strategic goals. My journey includes delivering large-scale transformations for global clients, aligning technology with business objectives, and driving measurable results in complex operational environments.
